Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide expert makeup, skincare and fragrance guidance while delivering exceptional customer service in a Sephora store in the UK. You will assist customers, educate on current beauty trends, and promote Sephora's offerings to support sales targets.

You will also handle cash operations, stock management and visual merchandising, ensuring shelves are well stocked and displays are appealing. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail/customer experience focused environment or in-store operations (cash and stock).
• Passion for and knowledge of makeup, skincare, fragrance and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.
• Handle cash operations and maintain accurate cash procedures.
• Manage stock, receive shipments, conduct stock counts and rotate stock as needed.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain attractive product displays.
• Represent Sephora brand values and collaborate with team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
