Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Cardiff is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead by example, delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to help achieve sales and customer service targets.

You will handle cash reconciliation at start and end of day, and take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The ideal candidate has retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, and is ready for supervisory

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with inspirational, authentic customer service to meet targets.

• Responsible for start and end of day cash reconciliation.
