The Estée Lauder Companies in Ellesmere Port is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding service and smooth store operations.

You will assist with opening/closing, cash reconciliation and staff coaching to meet sales and customer-service targets, while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing store experience is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
