Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth daily operations across UK locations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching colleagues, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

The successful candidate will have prior retail or supervisory experience, flexible hours, and a passion for authentic customer engagement within The Estée Lauder Companies’ portfolio of premium brands.

Qualifications

• While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
