L’Occitane en Provence in the UK invites you to join as a Beauty Host, a brand ambassador delivering memorable guest experiences, personalised beauty advice, and hands-on demonstrations in a luxurious environment. You’ll develop product knowledge, share our heritage and sustainability values, and collaborate with the team to uphold visual standards, stock management, and events participation.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality or guest-centric environments.
• Ability to deliver personalised beauty advice and create memorable guest moments.
• Strong communication and storytelling to convey product heritage and sustainability values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, welcome guests warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature moments.
• Develop expertise in L'Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain boutique spaces to company standards.
• Meet sales targets through product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate with the team, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
