Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence in Greater London is seeking a Beauty Host to welcome guests, offer personalised beauty advice, and create memorable luxury experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, storyteller and caretaker of exquisite product moments, ensuring every guest leaves inspired and satisfied.

You’ll develop deep product knowledge, support visual merchandising, manage stock and participate in events.

Qualifications

• An eye for excellence and detail with experience or affinity in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or guest-centric environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, warmly welcome guests, provide personalised beauty advice, and create signature moments.
• Develop product knowledge, heritage, ingredients, and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively and share knowledge with the team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
