Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence in Nottingham, United Kingdom, is seeking a Beauty Host to join our luxury beauty team. You will welcome guests, provide personalised skincare advice, perform treatments like hand massages, and craft memorable experiences that reflect our brand heritage.

You will develop product knowledge, support visual merchandising, manage stock, and participate in events, while collaborating with colleagues in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or guest-centric environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised beauty advice.
• Deliver signature experiences such as hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Share expertise on L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising and manage stock following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master POS and clienteling systems and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge openly.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
