L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host in a hybrid UK setting. You will welcome guests, provide personalised beauty advice, and craft memorable experiences while promoting our heritage and sustainability values.

Qualifications

• Experience or affinity with luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or guest-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with delivering personal beauty experiences and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience and personalised beauty advice.
• Demonstrate products, perform demonstrations, and create memorable moments.
• Maintain boutique presentation and stock accuracy.
• Support events and clienteling activities.
• Process sales transactions on POS and build customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and maintain brand standards.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
