Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host to welcome guests, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver memorable experiences in a luxury retail setting.

You’ll develop product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and use POS and clienteling tools to meet sales targets. The role involves collaboration, a strong service mindset, and commitment to sustainability values.

Qualifications

• Warm, guest-focused attitude with ability to deliver memorable beauty experiences.
• Affinitiy with luxury retail, hospitality, or guest-centric worlds is a plus.
• Strong storytelling about products and sustainability values.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience, greeting guests and offering personalised beauty advice.
• Share expertise on L’Occitane products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Perform visual merchandising, manage stock, maintain boutique spaces to brand standards.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations and tailored experiences for guests.
• Master POS and clienteling systems, and represent the brand at events.
• Collaborate with colleagues through open communication and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
