About Your Role

A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the heart of our stores and counters, responsible for embodying our mission of empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves, fostering confidence to achieve their dreams. You combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building emotional connections, making beauty accessible to all and adapting your style to meet individual needs.

As a Retail Artist you will

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, thriving on the energy of success and striving to be the best.
• Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Champion world-class artistry and deliver an impeccable customer experience as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, sharing your knowledge with customers.
• Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities for optimal success.
• Follow grooming standards diligently, exemplifying the brand's image.

About you

• Ideally hold an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Have some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in fast-paced environments like beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Love Charlotte Tilbury and aspire to grow within a disruptive, innovative beauty brand.
• Possess makeup application experience and the ability to tailor your style to diverse customer needs.
