Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Beauty Expert for our Liverpool Own Store on a 32-hour FTC basis. You’ll combine expert artistry with deep product knowledge to empower customers to feel confident and beautiful.

You will benefit from on-the-job training, the chance to attend Charlotte’s Magic Academy, and access to exclusive product launches plus staff discounts as part of our dream team.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy is preferred.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG environments.
• Experience applying makeup and adapting to different customers.
• Willingness to attend training including Charlotte Tilbury Academy and ongoing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

You will have:

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
