Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. in Glasgow is seeking a Beauty Expert for our Own Store to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will blend expert artistry with product knowledge to help clients look and feel their best, while hitting KPI targets.

Ideal candidates have NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy, experience as a Sales Advisor in fast‑paced retail, and a passion for our brand. You will receive on‑the‑job training, access to Charlotte’s Magic Academy, and generous staff

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail.
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and ability to demonstrate makeup techniques.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy
• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
