Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury in Glasgow is seeking a Beauty Expert to join our Own Store. This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week, based on the shop floor, and focuses on delivering expert artistry, product knowledge and an exceptional customer experience.

You will engage customers, drive KPI performance, and embody the Charlotte Tilbury brand as a true ambassador. Training includes on-the-job and access to Charlotte’s Magic Academy to develop styling and selling skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (ideally).
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG.
• Experience applying makeup and adapting to different customers.
• Desire to be part of Charlotte Tilbury and share knowledge.
• On-the-job training available and Charlotte’s Magic Academy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class artistry and product knowledge to customers.
• Drive KPI targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador to customers.
• Share expertise and train colleagues when needed.
• Promote launches and exclusive products to shoppers.
• Support store processes and teamwork to ensure success.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy
• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
