Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Beauty Expert for our Cheltenham location. This 16-hour-per-week role focuses on expert makeup artistry, exceptional product knowledge, and creating memorable customer experiences.

You will drive sales, build relationships, and reflect the brand’s ambassador values through every interaction. Training and access to exclusive launches are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy required or ideal.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail environment.
• Passion for helping customers achieve their beauty goals.
• Open to training and brand events at Charlotte Tilbury.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
