Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Beauty Expert for our Cheltenham team. This part-time role (16 hours per week) focuses on delivering expert artistry, product knowledge, and an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will embody the Charlotte Tilbury brand, adapt your makeup skills to diverse customers, and help drive sales while maintaining grooming standards and providing on-the-job training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG environment.
• Ideally experience applying makeup and adapting to different customers' needs.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
