Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Beauty Expert for the John Lewis High Wycombe counter. This 40-hour-per-week role is a 6-month FTC, based on the shop floor, combining artistry with in-depth product knowledge to empower customers.

You will inspire confidence, adapt your approach to different clients, and deliver a world-class customer experience while upholding grooming standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy preferred.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail environments preferred.
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury products and makeup artistry.

Responsibilities

• Work on the shop floor to deliver expert artistry and product knowledge.
• Build lasting emotional connections with customers and drive KPI achievement.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and brand ambassador guidance.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
