Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Beauty Expert for our JLP Cheltenham store. This 16-hour-per-week, part-time role places you on the shop floor to deliver expert artistry and exceptional product knowledge.

You will empower customers, build lasting relationships, and represent the brand while aiming to exceed KPI targets. Training, growth opportunities, and exclusive product launches complete the package.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy required.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in beauty/retail/FMCG preferred.
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury brand and ability to share knowledge with customers.
• Experience applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert artistry and product knowledge to empower customers.
• Build lasting emotional connections with shoppers on the shop floor.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy


• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG


• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word


• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
