Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Cambridge is seeking a personable Beauty Expert for a 24-hour-per-week, part-time position on a permanent contract. You will bring expert artistry, deep product knowledge and a passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (ideal)
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced settings (beauty/retail/FMCG)
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and sharing knowledge with customers
• Experience applying makeup and adapting to different customer needs

Responsibilities

• Operate on the shop floor, embody the brand mission and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Combine artistry skills with deep product knowledge to guide customers.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
