Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Beauty Expert for our JLP Cheadle counter. This part-time role (16 hours per week) focuses on delivering expert makeup artistry, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to help customers find looks that empower them.

You will join a fast-paced team, following grooming standards and participating in training opportunities, including the Magic Academy, with access to exclusive product launches and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience as Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail environment.
• Experience applying makeup and adapting to different customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
• Work to achieve and exceed KPIs while collaborating with team.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and management to enhance store performance.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.

• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury – and are not afraid to spread the word.
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup – and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
