Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Beauty Retail Expert for our Cheadle store. This 16-hours-per-week, part-time role blends makeup artistry with product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced team, build lasting relationships with customers, and champion the Charlotte Tilbury brand through exceptional service and expertise. Training through Charlotte's Magic Academy and staff discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience and passion for beauty.
• Able to hit KPI targets and work at a fast pace.
• Excellent product knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and beauty consultations on the shop floor.
• Promote Charlotte Tilbury products and services to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that reflects the Charlotte Tilbury brand values.

You will have

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
