Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Beauty Expert for the Liverpool own store. This 32-hour FTC role on the shop floor focuses on delivering expert artistry and outstanding customer service, helping customers feel empowered and connected to the product.

You'll need NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (ideally), experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced environments, and a passion for the brand. The role offers on-going training, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow within the business.

• NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (ideally).
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced environments (e.g. beauty, retail or FMCG).
• Loves the Charlotte Tilbury brand and spreading the word.
• Experience applying makeup and adapting style to different customers.

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
