Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality, with a passion for sales success.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products, and achieve individual and counter targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings, promote open communication, and recognise achievements.
• Develop in-store and external events through linkups, collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure counter is stocked, monitor inventory, and report concerns to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Act as a key communicator between store managers and area managers.
• Oversee administrative tasks and staff rotas to support sales goals.
• Maintain hygiene and professional displays for a premium shopping environment.
