Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Passion for makeup and retail.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to customers.
• Collaborate with team to support counter needs and promotions.
• Assist with events and promotions to drive sales.
• Complete daily/weekly sales tracking and counter administration.
• Maintain clean, well-presented counter and brand image.
