Benefit Cosmetics in Glasgow is seeking a Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert to connect with customers and drive sales at the Boots counter. You will perform brow services, demonstrate products, and help reach sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires enthusiasm, a passion for makeup, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment. Training and commission opportunities are offered to support growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Passion for makeup and retail with a sales focus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to boost sales.
• Provide brow services including waxing, tinting, and tweezing to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the team to meet counter and business needs and drive sales growth.
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and engage customers.
• Complete daily/weekly sales worksheets and assist with counter management administration.
