S&W in Beaconsfield invites school leavers to join a structured Accountancy Programme starting Sept 2027. You will work with our Business Outsourcing Services team on year-end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting support.

You'll receive first-class training toward the AAT and ACCA qualifications while gaining hands-on experience with clients across industries. The role offers real responsibility from day one and a clear pathway to professional qualification and career

Qualifications

• No prior experience in accountancy required; training provided.
• Expected to study for AAT and ACCA qualifications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with year-end and management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns.
• Support clients with cloud accounting software and process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior staff and directors on assignments.
• Develop professional qualifications through employer-provided training.
