S&W, a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm in Southampton, offers a school leaver accountancy programme designed for rapid development. You’ll handle year-end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting support while studying for AAT and ACCA qualifications.

No prior accounting experience is required; start with strong support, training, and exposure to diverse clients and industries to build confidence and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Be committed to working towards AAT Level 4 and ACCA qualifications.
• A Level: 112 UCAS points in top three A Levels, excluding General Studies.
• GCSE: English Language and Maths at Grade 5 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist with year-end accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting software support.
• Develop understanding of clients and their businesses.
• Provide services and solutions to clients and support partners.
• Participate in internal training for AAT and ACCA qualifications.
• Progress to more senior roles by year two and handle ad hoc client assignments.
