Job summary

S&W in Birmingham is recruiting for a School Leaver Programme in Audit starting Sept 2027. You'll join the Audit & Assurance team and work on diverse clients, gaining early exposure to testing controls and financial reporting while studying toward the ACA Level 7 qualification.

No prior accounting experience is required. You'll receive funded training, a buddy system and strong support as you develop technical skills, commercial awareness and confidence to progress within the firm.

Qualifications

• No previous experience in accountancy, finance or professional services is required.
• UCAS points: minimum 112 from your top three A Levels (or equivalent).
• Have achieved a minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English Language and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Testing processes and controls
• Building relationships with client teams
• Resolving audit and accountancy queries
• Supporting a range of audit and accountancy projects
