Job summary

S&W's Accountancy Team is looking for motivated individuals with the right attitude to kickstart their careers in accounting. You will receive first-class training while working on year-end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting support.

The program emphasises formal studies (AAT Level 4 and ACCA) and practical client experience, with internal coaching and progression opportunities. Progression is fast, with early responsibility and potential to rotate into other assignments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team providing statutory accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns.
• Assist with cloud accounting software support and health-checks.
• Develop understanding of clients and their businesses; communicate with manager.
• Study towards AAT Level 4 and ACCA while gaining practical experience.
• Provide advice to clients and use automation to improve efficiency.
• Prioritize tasks for a portfolio of clients within time budgets.
