S&W is offering a School Leaver Programme in Audit at our London office (Sept 2027). You will join a supportive team, gain exposure to diverse clients, and begin studying towards the ACA while working on real engagements from day one.

Ideal candidates are curious, eager to learn, and able to build positive relationships, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. No prior accounting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 112 UCAS points from top three A Levels (or equivalent).
• GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 5 or above.
• No prior experience in accountancy required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering audit and assurance services to clients.
• Involve in different stages of engagements to understand operations.
• Build relationships with client teams and contribute to project work.
