SW Group is launching a School Leaver Programme in Southampton, offering full-time, on-site training in accounting. You will work with the Accountancy Team, supporting year-end accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns while studying for AAT and ACCA qualifications.

No prior experience is required, and you will gain practical experience and mentorship from experienced colleagues. You will be introduced to cloud accounting software, participate in client-facing work, and progress rapidly with

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Pursue AAT and ACCA qualifications alongside work.
• A Level: 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and GCSE 5 in English/Maths.

Responsibilities

• Assist with year-end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud accounting.
• Learn from senior staff while studying for professional qualifications.
• Support client-facing work and varied assignments.
