Job Description: BDR Manager - ERP Software/Services

Location: West Midlands-North West (Hybrid working)

Salary: £40k-£45k BASIC, OTE + Excellent Benefits

Role:

A well-established, global ERP partner is expanding its UK sales team and seeks a BDR Manager to lead a small team of BDRs and engage in outbound lead generation activities. Responsibilities include coaching the BDRs, defining strategy, developing lead outreach, reviewing GTM strategy, and setting appointments for the field sales team. The role targets mid-market organizations across sectors such as telco/media, financial services, software/technology, wholesale/distribution, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be methodical, diligent, resourceful, with experience in a SaaS environment in an SDR/BDR management capacity. Candidates seeking progression into leadership with mentoring/coaching experience will also be considered. Candidate Skills Required:

  • Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, and booking meetings
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions

  • Adherence to good sales processes and methodologies
  • Minimum of 3+ years of software sales experience in a BDR/SDR role
