Qualifications

What you’ll do
  • Partner with Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate requirements and assist with solutioning
  • Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities
  • Collaborate with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors, and Practice Managers to determine the best approach for Professional Service offerings based on prospect needs
  • Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts
  • Manage requests from Account Management and Direct teams
  • Maintain Professional Services Engagement Records within our sales automation system
  • Develop, deliver, and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions
  • Participate in developing strategic sales approaches for prospective customers
  • Transfer knowledge to the delivery team
  • Assist in project planning phases
  • Help clients map their budgets and priorities to scope and deployment strategies
Qualifications and Skills Needed
  • Experience with planning and budgeting lifecycle, preferably in consulting
  • 3+ years in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider
  • Experience working with sales teams, either pre-sales or direct sales
  • Strong customer relationship skills and consulting experience
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into effective business solutions
  • Experience in services delivery cost estimation and SOW preparation is a plus
  • Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications is a plus
