Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive to act as the primary contact for our broker partners, driving relationships and deal momentum.

You will manage inbound broker enquiries, chase deals from enquiry to completion, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a professional, proactive service.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and a confident phone presence to support a growing broker panel.

Qualifications

• Experience in SME lending, commercial finance, or a broker-led environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident on the phone.
• Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
