Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support event follow-up, client communications, and sales enablement. You will liaise between fee-earners and marketing, helping convert opportunities and strengthen relationships.

Hybrid working and collaboration across six offices, including Cambridge, are key features of this role. The role focuses on improving pipelines, managing BD collateral, and coordinating with the BD Manager to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Understanding of basic BD processes such as lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.
• Confidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion.
• Comfortable working with data - able to review simple reports, spot inconsistencies, and pull out key points for BD Manager updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking of opportunities.
• Attend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions and communicate growth priorities to the marketing team.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Respond to product-related inquiries promptly and coordinate with the BD Manager on complex opportunities.
• Support pipeline tracking and reporting for monthly BD activity summaries.
