The Leading Law Firm in Bath is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Business Development & Marketing team in a hybrid working environment. You will help drive BD activity across the firm and support client engagement, working closely with senior BD and Marketing specialists.

This role is ideal for someone at an early career stage who wants broader exposure, more responsibility, and a platform to tailor the role to their strengths within professional services.

Competenze

• Experience in Business Development or Marketing or similar role.
• Ability to create or update sales and marketing collateral.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support follow-up of events and webinars; capture leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate BD priorities across teams and manage activity.
• Create and maintain BD materials (pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Support client communications and respond to product-related inquiries.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date; support pipeline reporting.
• Prepare monthly updates on BD and sector activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support wider commercial objectives.
