Job summary

MEP Hire is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence across London, the Home Counties and Luton. You will drive new business, build strategic relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key subcontractors, and develop opportunities that convert into profitable projects.

• Proven track record in business development within the construction, hire, M&E or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business across London, the Home Counties and Luton; focus on major projects and Tier 1 contractors.
• Identify, target and develop opportunities with national and regional subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate innovative and safe solutions to differentiate MEP Hire from competitors.
