Job summary

A global CRO and CDMO is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth in Process Development and GMP Manufacturing services. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and leverage their scientific background in a remote role that requires travel across the UK and Europe. This position demands a PhD in Organic Chemistry and over 5 years of relevant industry experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in Process Chemistry, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop long-term customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across process development and GMP manufacturing.
