Job summary

CR3 is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and shape the circular economy offering for complex workplace assets. You will build strategic partnerships with major organisations, win new business opportunities and influence senior stakeholders across sectors.

You will report to the Sales Director, enjoy significant autonomy, and work across sustainability specialists to deliver commercially viable, environmentally responsible solutions while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' business development experience in furniture or related industries.
• Strong understanding of workplace environments and commercial projects.
• Experience with circular economy or sustainability assets is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent relationship-building and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Proven track record of securing high-value commercial accounts.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships.
• Engage with organisations to improve sustainability credentials and implement circular solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions from enquiry to contract award.
• Work with senior leadership to identify new markets and opportunities.
• Support tenders, pitches and framework submissions.
• Provide regular sales reports and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer experience.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the business.
