Job summary

Experis IT seeks a Business Applications Lead to own and enhance the Business Central Dynamics 365 platform across the group. You will provide 1st-3rd line support, drive ongoing improvements and partner with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to streamline processes.

Based in Sheffield HQ with hybrid working 2–3 days in office; salary up to 55,000 plus benefits. Strong BC expertise and Power Platform exposure are essential for this in-house role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central in end-user environments.
• Post-implementation support, stabilisation and continuous improvement expertise.
• Familiarity with PowerApps and Power BI.
• Experience supporting Business Central in a BAU setting.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, upgrade and enhancement of the current Business Central Dynamics platform.
• Investigate and create a more robust Dynamics landscape.
• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and drive issue resolution.
• Support and enhance Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform solutions.
• Manage vendors, upgrades, testing, deployments and system improvements.
• Train users to maximise application adoption and value.
