Job summary

Bassetts (Wolseley) Limited in Londonderry is seeking a Showroom Consultant to design and sell bathrooms, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through our product range to create stylish, value-for-money solutions.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, with a commission and bonus scheme, a competitive benefits package including pension, annual leave, healthcare, discounts and career training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within bathroom/kitchen design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design consultation and sales: understand client needs and guide them through the product range.
• Achieve sales targets, prepare quotations, follow up and close sales.
• Create 2D/3D visuals using design software to illustrate bathroom projects.
• Maintain knowledge of sanitaryware, brassware, furniture, tiles and accessories.
• Build relationships with retail clients, interior designers, architects and trades.
