Job summary

Ware Bathroom Showroom in Ware, Hertfordshire, is seeking a friendly Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. This customer-facing role guides customers through product choices, design ideas, quotations, and the full buying process, with training provided to help you succeed.

You’ll need strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in design and interiors. Experience in sales or retail is helpful, but full product training, CAD software coaching, and showroom

Qualifications

• Experience using bathroom design software such as Virtual Worlds or similar.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Previous sales, retail, showroom, or customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to learn about products, suppliers and design software.
• Ability to work toward sales targets in a professional and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product advice.
• Help customers choose bathroom furniture, brassware, sanitaryware, tiles, showers, baths, and accessories.
• Create bathroom designs and quotations using CAD software, with training provided if required.
• Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to order completion.
• Follow up quotes and help convert enquiries into sales.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to place orders and check availability.
• Keep customers updated throughout their buying journey.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented showroom.
• Build strong product knowledge across our showroom ranges.
• Support the wider team in reaching showroom sales targets.
• Provide excellent aftersales service when needed.
