Job summary

Wolseley Group, via its Bassetts showroom in Londonderry, is seeking a Showroom Consultant. The role offers £30,000 base salary plus commission and bonus, full-time hours 40 per week, and a benefits package including pension, holiday and staff discounts.

You will design and sell bespoke bathroom plans, create 2D/3D visuals, build relationships with clients, and maintain showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in bathroom/kitchen/interior design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design consultation & sales to guide customers.
• Meet and exceed showroom sales targets.
• Create 2D/3D visualisations using design software.
• Maintain product knowledge across the portfolio.
• Build relationships with clients and trade professionals.
• Ensure showroom presentation reflects brand standards.
