Job summary

Walton Bathrooms, a premier luxury bathroom design and supply company, seeks a Full-time Sales and Design Consultant for our Hersham showroom. You will drive sales and deliver inspiring CAD-based bathroom designs, engaging clients with expert guidance and personalized service.

The role requires at least 5 years in bathroom sales and design, strong knowledge of premium suppliers, and excellent communication. Competitive pay with uncapped commissions offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' bathroom sales and design experience
• Knowledge of high-end bathroom suppliers and interior design trends
• Turn customer preferences into stunning designs and sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Manage CRM, appointments and emails effectively
• Target-driven with sales and margin targets
• Follow up on leads and convert to sales
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task
• CAD experience or familiarity with Virtual World or similar CAD tools

Responsibilities

• Generate sales while inspiring design ideas for luxury bathrooms.
• Manage showroom CRM, appointments and emails to nurture leads.
• Convert inquiries into sales with compelling CAD-based designs.
• Provide design consultations and presentations to clients and contractors.

Established in 1985, Walton Bathrooms is a leading supplier and designer of luxury bathrooms, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and design. With over 40 years of experience we offer a comprehensive range of bathroom products from prestigious European manufacturers, ensuring a blend of functionality and elegance.

We are now looking for Full-time Sales and Design Consultant to join us in our 5,500 sq. ft. showroom in Hersham, Surrey.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about both generating sales as well as inspiring designs. The position comes with a competitive salary & uncapped commission.

The right people will need the following essential qualities:

• Minimum 5 year previous bathroom sales and design experience
• Knowledge of popular high-end bathroom suppliers and their latest products as well as the latest in interior design trends
• Ability to turn customers’ preferences, requirements, and style into realistic stunning designs and sale
• Strong flair and passion for selling and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Manage your own CRM, appointments, and emails
• Target driven with the ability to achieve set targets for sales and margins and proven sales experience in the bathroom industry
• Able to follow up on all leads in the business, converting them into sales
• Energetic with a high degree of self-motivation and able to work to quick deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Virtual World or similar CAD experience

Work days: Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu for working Saturday
