Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds is seeking a bartender to join our vibrant team at the Queen's Hotel location in Leeds. You will uphold high standards of service in both restaurant and bar, while developing knowledge of wines and cocktails and building rapport with guests in a lively setting.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and specialty drinks and learn the menu.
• Engage with guests, regulars and anticipate their needs.
• Work in a busy, hardworking team environment with continual learning and development.
