Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds is seeking a bartender to join our vibrant team at the Queen's Hotel location in Leeds. You will uphold high standards of service in both restaurant and bar, while developing knowledge of wines and cocktails and building rapport with guests in a lively setting.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
