Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds, located in the Queen’s Hotel at City Square, part of Axiom Hospitality, is recruiting a Bartender to join the Truly Talented team. You’ll work in a prestigious setting with a detailed induction and extensive training to support your success.

You should be passionate about hospitality, have experience in a busy bar, knowledge of wines and cocktails, and enjoy engaging with guests. We offer generous benefits, training, progression, and staff perks including hotel discounts

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
