Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a casual Bar Tender at DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively hotel setting.

You will craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, manage cash and payments, and maintain impeccable bar hygiene while collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service. English proficiency is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience focusing on memorable customer experiences.
• Proven excellence in customer service.
• Clear spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Craft beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) following policy and licensing laws.
• Deliver consistently high customer service and create enjoyable guest interactions.
• Handle cash and payments per company procedures.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Attend shift prep using the department checklist.
• Rotate and display bar stock to ensure quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Support Food & Beverage with additional duties and training as needed.
