Job summary

Permanently Unique Group in Leeds is seeking bartenders to deliver a warm welcome and immersive cocktail experience. You will work with a team to maintain high energy and exceptional drinks service, while sharing knowledge of our cocktails to enhance the guest experience.

The role includes training with a progression to a higher tron rate after successful training, along with staff perks such as 50% off food and drinks and ongoing team events and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for customer service to deliver a warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests.
• Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests.
• Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for cocktails and beverages and a desire to continue to develop your knowledge.
• Share your knowledge of our cocktails and drinks menu to create a unique and immersive drinking experience for our guests.
• Deliver impeccable attention to detail for drinks preparation and presentation.
• All bartenders will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
