Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Bartender to join a friendly team and learn essential skills through the Dalata Academy. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company and become part of a supportive team.

You will work in a high-volume hotel F&B environment, providing exceptional service, answering guest queries, and upselling where possible. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Experience in a busy hotel F&B or bar operation is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.

Your Job:

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

What You'll Need:

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
