Big Mamma Group in the UK is hiring a passionate Bartender to join our lively Bar team. You will craft drinks, deliver memorable guest experiences, and help maintain a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment across our UK restaurants.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with a competitive hourly rate (£16.21 total package). Daily staff meals, discount, referral bonus, wellbeing support, and opportunities for career progression and mobility across the group.

Qualifications

• Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation.
• Experience in a cocktail bar or high-volume restaurant bar.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests.
• Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service.
• Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep.
